Browser Support & Settings for Accessing the Community

If you have been encountering an error message when accessing the Dynatrace Community, we have some workarounds for you.

When you run into this error, Community pages are not rendered correctly and users cannot see the blue Community menu that allows them to navigate to different parts of the Community.

This can be caused by running an older version of a browser or by proxy and browser configuration settings.
