W3C Steps

We are seeing a symptom that most of the user action response time is consumed on the Client (desktop browser). Inspecting the W3C steps, we observe that most of the time is consumed by "Processing" and "URL Redirection". Please see Attached screenshot. Any suggestions on how to move on from this point to identify the root cause?

Also worth mentioning is that when we observe a slow user action and the Client is the bottlenck, the User Action PurePath does not show any references to slow JavaScripts. However, most of the time we see a reference to "Slow First Part Content (x resources)".
