What was the career path that led you here?
I have been in Keynote Technical Support for many years and have provided Product Area Expertise and been a Designated Support Representative for major accounts.
How has support at Dynatrace changed since you’ve been here?
The Support team has grown since I joined and so has the community. There has been a conscious effort to expand information in the community and that content continues to grow.
How do you participate in the Dynatrace Community?
My primary contribution to the community is via posting Knowledge Base Articles, updating Documentation, and responding to and following questions in the forums that pertain to the products I support
What products do you support?
I currently support Keynote Synthetic (Web) products, with a focus in customer-facing portals (MyKeynote and KSC), including Alarms and Reports
What keeps you at Dynatrace?
I love helping customers with their questions or with solutions to their issues as well as to guide my colleagues where I can with the product areas of my familiarity.
What is your passion outside of work? What do you like to do?
When not working, I like to be outdoors and/or spend time with family
What is your educational background?
I have a B.S. in Computer Science
Why should people participate in the Dynatrace Community?
Knowledge is Power. And the Dynatrace Community enables acquiring knowledge as well as sharing. With various types of information available in the community in the form of Forums, Knowledge Base and Product Documentation to very helpful tutorial videos, the community could be the first (and often the only needed) resource for members. In addition to information available here, the Community is a great resource to post your feedback for new product ideas that will help us serve you better!
