As you've already seen with the introduction of a new product name, Dynatrace is growing up.
A new milestone in our growth will occur on December 5th. On that day, customers who own the Dynatrace SaaS/Managed product will be directed to a new support portal within the overall Dynatrace Support Community. We'll do all of the heavy lifting so you won't have to anything. You'll be able to access the Dynatrace support portal with your existing environment credentials and we'll make sure to update all of the necessary links to get you there from the product.
We'll send a reminder email at the end of the week with all of the necessary details to that that are affected by this change.
