I joined Dynatrace back in Decem
ber of 2007.
What was the career path that led you here?
Worked 2 years in Customer support for a game supply company after I graduated from College. Then I joined Dynatrace (Gomez at the time).
How has support at Dynatrace changed since you’ve been here?
The Community was built a couple of years ago. It allows us to have direct interaction with clients and pass-on real time information and knowledge to both internal team members and external clients.
How do you participate in the Dynatrace Community?
Answering client's forum questions as quickly as I can; Engaging in activities to get great contents and product knowledge into the Community; Helping clients know about the on-going and new activities.

What keeps you at Dynatrace?
We have a great team here! I get to work with and be inspired by so many great people. And our products! The more you know, the more value you see from them!
What is your passion outside of work?
Kid's education and parenting skills. Continue to be a peaceful, caring, independent and highly efficiency person. And be a model to my daughters.
What do you like to do?
Reading. Traveling. Learning new things.
What is your educational background?
College. Majored in Environmental Engineering.
