I've been supporting Keynote since 2007
What was the career path that led you here?
I’ve worked with computer networking and internet applications for 24 years. I’ve worked with corporate IT, network hardware support, and Internet application support and troubleshooting before joining Dynatrace.
How has support at Dynatrace changed since you’ve been here?
The focus of Dynatrace Support has moved to more of a community-based structure. It is easier to share information with a larger audience.
How do you participate in the Dynatrace Community?
The Dynatrace Community is where I participate in sharing knowledge regarding Dynatrace product usage and troubleshooting.
What products do you support?
I currently support the Keynote Synthetic Monitoring products, specifically KITE, Emulated Browser (ApP) and Real Browser (TxP) monitoring including scripting, agents, and data diagnostics.
What keeps you at Dynatrace?
I enjoy the wide range of technology, opportunities to explore them, and the comradery found at Dynatrace.
What is your passion outside of work? What do you like to do?
I love to do projects with my kids, read, see movies, and geocaching.
What is your educational background?
Bachelor of Science – Electrical Engineering (University of Missouri – Rolla)
