We asked about your overall satisfaction level was and if you were successful the last time you visited the Community. Although the majority of you responded positively, we know we can do better and will in the coming year.
We asked about your interest in specific features and programs. Adding more embedded video and Community help tips & tricks topped the list of your preferences and will definitely be emphasized more in our content development efforts moving forward.
We asked what communication channels you prefer. Moving forward we will continue to improve the Community and corporate notifications management and increase using social channels to share Community news.
