Exciting changes are coming to Dynatrace’s competitive performance benchmarking program. We believe strongly in the value of competitive benchmarks to help our customers identify areas of focus and to highlight best practices. Data accuracy and relevancy are the pillars of our program. In order to continue delivering you the most defensible intelligence, we will be modifying our program to align with the way modern sites are built, and the metrics supporting advanced performance management.
Feel free to reach out to the benchmark team (email@example.com) if you have questions, concerns or great ideas for further improvements.
Planned Changes (see Dynatrace Synthetic Benchmark Updates: Key Dates for dates)
We plan a number of other changes as well, including updating benchmark site selection and collapsing several lightly used transactional benchmarks. Please follow this forum post to be alert of any additional changes.
Please note: Historical data will NOT be affected and reports associated with active benchmarks will continue to run. However, if you are not reporting on Chrome, you will need to switch your reporting to do so. Please look out for further instructions coming soon.

As we continue to innovate and improve upon benchmarks, communication is of utmost importance. We want to hear from you. You have great ideas and we want to make sure your voice is heard. Please feel free to provide feedback directly to firstname.lastname@example.org or post comments and ideas in the forum (or vote for those others have posted).
