How long have you been at Dynatrace?
I joined Dynatrace in July 2016.
What was the career path that led you here?
I began my career as a Cobol programmer and have been in IT Management for the past 20 years - Network Administration to assisting medium to large sized organizations manage Technology, People and Innovation.
How has support at Dynatrace changed since you’ve been here?
Continuous movement toward a strong and robust Community space.
How do you participate in the Dynatrace Community?
When a support engineer has resolved a particular problem I’m excited to recommend they create a Community solution to assist other customers facing the same challenge.
What products do you support?
I manage the DX synthetic Keynote Support team.
What keeps you at Dynatrace?
I enjoy being challenged and learning new things, as well as ultimately ensuring that customers have a great Dynatrace support experience. I’m able to do all that here at Dynatrace.
What is your passion outside of work? What do you like to do?
I spend a great deal of time during fair weather months tending to a half acre organic backyard fruit and veggie garden.
What is your educational background?
I have a BA in Romance Linguistics, and an Associates in Network Administration, with MCSE and other certifications.
