Hello Christina! How long have you been at Dynatrace?
I started working for Keynote in October of 2014.
What was the career path that led you here?
I have worked in IT and software support for several small companies. I joined the Keynote team supporting Mobile App Monitoring in 2014.
How has support at Dynatrace changed since you’ve been here?
Support has moved from a primarily phone and e-mail based support system to the introduction of the Community that allows customers to interact and be involved in the support they receive as well as submit ideas for enhancements.
How do you participate in the Dynatrace Community?
I watch the forums for questions and help answer them as well as learn from others. I also vote on RFEs and share the information with customers.
What products do you support?
Currently I support Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring.
What keeps you at Dynatrace?
Working with a great team of people and being challenged every day. I enjoy helping customers get answers while continuously learning.
What is your passion outside of work? What do you like to do?
I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and photography.
What is your educational background?
I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Psychology.
Why should people participate in the Dynatrace Community?
The community is an invaluable tool that allows customers to interact and learn from other users. They can share their experiences and ideas. It also provides a central resource for updates to the product and infrastructure.
