Hello Bharathi! How long have you been at Dynatrace?
It’s been 10 months as of November 2016 (a long way to go) that I have been with Dynatrace
What was the career path that led you here?
I like problems and I like being happy. So, solving customer’s problems to make them happy brought me to the Support Engineer role.
How has support at Dynatrace changed since you’ve been here?
In recent quarters, I saw improved focus on customer impact which is a great asset to any organization. And training customers to use the product is now at a higher level (Thanks to the online community)
How do you participate in the Dynatrace Community?
Like another social platform, I share my knowledge of product, like the answers and post ideas on the Community.
What products do you support?
I currently support the Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring product.
What keeps you at Dynatrace?
The innovation being put into the product and being “customer focused” is something that I like at Dynatrace. My team and my manager drive me to be here at Dynatrace.
What is your passion outside of work? What do you like to do?
Travelling is my second job :-) I either plan for travel or travel when I get some time. I do like to relax at times.
What is your educational background?
I completed my Masters of Science in Telecommunications System Management. I am currently learning about Sustainable Tourism.
Why should people participate in the Dynatrace Community?
As the name says, Community is the place which brings like-minded people together. I believe people should take time to update technical knowledge /ideas and contribute back to Community to better utilize the product and at the same time to improve it.
