Ben has been busy collaborating with others in the Dynatrace Community since August 2015. Just between February and mid-March of 2017, Ben asked 30 questions, provided 36 comments, and 12 answers in forum postings!
Ben is the lead DC RUM SME for Lloyds Bank, but his company uses also AppMon.
Why does Ben contribute to the Dynatrace Community? Here's what he told us:
"I contribute to help other people and to gain insight from other users and Dynatrace employees. I like how open it is, I can post a question very easily and have a reply back in no time. The enhancements area helps me to find what other customers are looking for as well as us, and also to add new ideas."
When he's not looking at DC RUM reports and contributing to the Dynatrace Community, Ben enjoys "going to motorsport events like car shows and motor racing".
