I started supporting Dynatrace products in 2004.
What was the career path that led you here?
I have over 15 years' of customer technical support in various IT technologies.
How has support at Dynatrace changed since you’ve been here?
There was no Community or online Knowledge base for customers when I started.
How do you participate in the Dynatrace Community?
I try answering users queries in forums, creating FAQs and getting new users introduced to the Community.
What products do you support?
I support Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring.
What keeps you at Dynatrace?
I enjoy communicating with our customers and troubleshooting problems.
What is your passion outside of work? What do you like to do?
I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy craft beer, grilling, and barbecuing on my smoker.

I have a BA in Information Technologies
