Meet Dynatrace Synthetic Support Engineer Xu (Leah) Guo
Hello Leah! How long have you been at Dynatrace?
I have been working for Dynatrace since 2011.
What was the career path that led you here?
I always faced the customer directly as a support engineer after completing my degree. I worked in the Tier I team in my first year of Dynatrace and moved to Tier II team as a data analyst.
How has support at Dynatrace changed since you’ve been here?
When I started to work here, we communicated with the customer by the phone and email mostly. Also there were few knowledge base which can share with the customer. So far self-learning service has developed gradually. We have rich resources in the Community including documentation, education, forums etc.
How do you participate in the Dynatrace Community?
I enjoy searching and learning in the Community. The detailed documentation and the valuable knowledge base can increase my efficiency for my daily work. It is helpful to focus on the Forums to get the latest updates, new ideas and answers. I also add myself as a watcher on many useful pages so I can be notified about each update without delay.

What keeps you at Dynatrace?
I like helping customers resolve issues and answer questions they have, which can help me feel a sense of accomplishment. We also have a great team and I always learn something new from these awesome guys.
What is your passion outside of work? What do you like to do?
I enjoy drawing, reading and making things by hand. I also go climbing regularly.
What is your educational background?
I have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.

We can always gain most of the information we expect like the latest news on Dynatrace products, educational videos, detailed documentation etc. Community is a great platform where everyone can share their knowledge and ideas.
