Wai C., the Dynatrace Community Member of the Month for July!
Wai works as a Consultant in one of Malaysian companies and is mainly
focused on DC RUM and AppMon, beginning also the journey with Dynatrace
SaaS & Managed.
Wai joined the Dynatrace Community in October 2015. He has been busy lately collaborating with
others in the forums, asking questions, commenting, and voting almost every day!
Why does Wai contribute to the Dynatrace Community? Here's what he told us:
"Honestly,
sometimes even the
documentation can be overwhelming (even with Ctrl+F to find the keyword,
sometimes the answer I am looking for can still be playing hide-and-seek
with you). The Support Team is experienced and
knowledgeable, but at
times they also seem to be running out of hands. And that’s when I found
out
Community is the right place to go."
Wai also explained what he likes best about Community:
"The fact that most of them [Community members] is as passionate as I
am to help other people answer their doubts! And also the kind sharing of
their results of troubleshooting."
When he's not working with Dynatrace products and contributing to the Community, Wai enjoys listening
to music and reading.
