Please join us in congratulating Sebastian K., the Dynatrace Community Member of the Month for December!
Sebastian is a Solution Architect at Spica Solutions. In his daily work, he uses Dynatrace and AppMon at the same time, as not all his clients have been converted to Dynatrace yet.
Sebastian joined the Dynatrace Community two years ago. Last month, he became #1 on the Dynatrace Community Leaderboard as he was eagerly answering questions to help others!
When asked what motivates him to stay active in the Community, Sebastian told us:
“This is the way I can be up to date with Dynatrace. This software is in continuous development. We don’t face all technologies on our client environments. Trying to suggest something to people with many different problems is the way to get some new knowledge. This is also good motivation to read blog posts that are published by Dynatrace. It’s easier to find something, If I remember that I’ve seen it before.”
Sebastian also explained why he values the openness of the Community the most:
“Sometimes it’s faster to get help from community than from support. There are people from all over the world, most of the time there is somebody who was facing the same problems before ☺. It’s also good feeling if you know that you can ask even really simple questions, and somebody will help you without judging. Everyone was a newbie :-)”
Outside of work, Sebastian doesn’t have too much free time, so he’s trying to spend it with his little son and wife. He enjoys travelling, especially on motorcycle, and also plays video games with his wife (when their son sleeps :-)).
