sure you’re familiar with Radu’s contributions.
Radu is a Lead Consultant within the EMEA
Services team, which empowers customers to master their digital performance. His
engagements range widely and may cover anything from product deployments and
configuration, through delivering training courses, to embedding Dynatrace
within organizations’ own processes so that performance management becomes the
heart of their business. Radu is passionate about seeing customers through
their digital transformation journey, assisting them at each stage, and
witnessing the amazement that comes when great tools are used in great ways.
Being involved with many customers gives Radu the opportunity to work with
Dynatrace, AppMon, Synthetic Classic, and NAM, but his top ones are definitely
Dynatrace and AppMon.
Radu’s Community activity varies from answering
and commenting questions to submitting product ideas and voting for other’s
contributions. He’s an advocate of knowledge sharing and has his own recipe for
doing it regularly:
“I firmly believe that knowledge should be shared, and
the more people get involved, the better our knowledge base becomes; I’m also
hoping that my contribution encourages others to contribute more as well. I
even have this little routine where I scroll through the forums’ headlines
while having my morning coffee – on some posts I’ll be able to answer or
comment, others will make for an interesting read, other posts might be
situations that I haven’t got a clue how to help and I’ll hit the ‘follow’
button to stay tuned for an answer.”
When asked what he likes best about the
Community, Radu said:
“With the new stack of technologies, the landscape is
so much more diverse that it’s impossible to have hands on experience working
with all of them. The Community is the perfect place to keep up to date with
any tricky situations others may have faced in the field and gives you a
reference point in case you will face similar situations later on. We also have
amazingly talented people watching these posts and contributing with quality
information.”
Outside of work, Radu loves travelling, seeing new places and learning about
other people’s cultures. Radu also surfs whenever he gets the chance. “Many times the two go hand in hand and you
can find great waves in very interesting places”, he says.
