2019!
Dante is an Analyst
within the Implementation and Operational Support team at Telecom Argentina.
Over the past few years, he has been using Dynatrace AJAX, AppMon 6.2 and 6.3, Synthetic
Classic, and Dynatrace (SaaS for personal use and new feature testing, Managed as
a full-time company admin and go-to-guy for the product info and requirements).
Dante is passionate about finding how things work and
Dynatrace is like “THE tool to know that”:
“In fact, when I worked on the business side, I
always thought that it was the user who were doing things the wrong way. When I
moved to IT, that was an eye opener; it became clear that applications don’t
work as intended. Having Dynatrace is having the multiverse of how all the
application work. Having THAT information is gold.”
Dante has been active in the Community since September last year. You
can see him in the forums almost every day and here’s why:
“With all the release there is like a
MAIN change log. But there is a lot of little things that are not in the
documentation, so the community is a good place to start searching. So when I
see a question about something that we as a team have already solved or have a
small idea of what could be, why not to share it?”
When asked, what he likes best about the Dynatrace
Community, Dante said:
“That it is a friendly one and people there really want
to help in different ways.”
Outside of work, Dante
loves photography.
