Your email address, like your login and password, is tied to your Dynatrace Community account.
The email change should cover:
When your email address is changed, it will be updated in all Community profiles.
The general policy is that Dynatrace do not support personal email addresses. You won’t be able to open support tickets, because roles and Community rights are strictly linked with customer or partner accounts.
In case of any email changes, you can either open a License Management ticket or contact supportlogin@dynatrace.com.
