When i created a incident i can select a BT and agentgroup,
Is it possible to create a incident on the same BT but with a filter value?
Why? To create alarm on customer level (by using BT with sensor),
Customer1: Web call duration max 2sec
Customer2: Web call duration max 5sec
Example2:
Alarm on importent webcalls
Webcall1: Max 2sec
WebCall2: Max 500ms
....

Thats unfortunately not possible. If you want to have different thresholds on for different split values you need to create different BTs e.g: one for customer1, another one for Customer 2
