Hi Dayananda

Try the following

a) Open the AJAX Edition

b) Now Open your Browser

c) Make sure you see the AJAX Edition Toolbar - then click the first green toolbar icon which says "Connect to AJAX Edition"

Does this work?

If not - it might be related to the fact that AJAX Edition by default tries to connect on port 9988. If your machine uses a firewall that prevents connections on this port - or - if the port is already used by a different tool you can try to change that port

#1: go to your AJAX Edition and open the Preference Dialog

#2: Change the port

#3: Now click the "IE" icon in the AJAX Edition TOolbar. This will launch IE with instructions to connect to the new port

If all of that doesnt help use the "Found a bug" toolbar button. This will package all your AJAX Edition log files and gives you instructions on how to send that package to us
