dynaTrace itself doesnt generate any load - but - we are able to capture all the transactions that were executed by a load tesitng tool. After a load test you can then look at all PurePaths that were tested by your load testing tool and you can look at hotspots and find your problems.
We also have a special integration option for HTTP-based Load Testing tools such as Load Runner, Silk, Microsoft, ... -> we allow you to specify a special HTTP Header on each HTTP Request that contains the name of your script, transaction and step name. In dynaTrace you can then start your analysis based on these names, e.g: show me why step XYZ was slow

There is nothing too specific for SharePoint though. Simply run your scripts and then open dynaTrace to look at the data. If you havent yet setup your System and Agents for your SharePoint environment you may also want to look at our SharePoint FastPack
