When i run the TOP command on the server
Cpu(s): 14.4%us, 1.1%sy, 0.0%ni, 80.6%id, 0.1%wa, 0.2%hi, 3.6%si, 0.0%st
DCRUM says: 38%
Dynatrace Plugin (Host Performance–>Unix Monitor–> AMD Monitor–>Unix CPU Usage) When i display all 5 counters (I/O Wait Time, Idle Time, Processor Time, System Time and User Time) the total usage is at 22%
So my question is, why are they all different and how can i get just the CPU % by itself without having to add all 5 counters in?

Do you have an agent running on that Linux Server? If not - can you install a Host Monitoring Agent? This agent (as any other Java, .NET, Web Server, ... ) will automatically capture CPU Usage of the whole Host - presented as a single measure.
