My client is trying to track down an irregularity with one of the field values in the SNMP messages being sent on an incident. This is the field from the SNMP message:
Object:1.3.6.1.4.1.31094.1.4.1 Value:Error
Previously, they had been seeing the severity level of the incident in this field (Informational | Warning | Severe), but Error shouldn't be a valid severity level.
Does anyone know why the severity would be showing as "Error", or am I mistaken in thinking this field is where the severity is placed?

Hi Gregory
Are you using the SNMP Action Plugin V2?
Yes, we are. I actually created a ticket off this problem:
https://support.compuwareapm.com/supportportal/browse/SUPDT-3144
Harald Berger said that Error and Severe are the same thing, but we need to know if the value will always read Error when the severity is Severe or if it will sometimes read Severe instead.
