Thanks for the suggestion.
Unfortunately, I do not have admin access to replace/edit system files.
That's alright. I see your point and in the future I would definitely make use of your tip.

Hi
You simply add that new line. You will see that there are several other lines that start with -D. Simply add this one
As for the name of your timezone. I just googled and found the following overview: http://joda-time.sourceforge.net/timezones.html
Hope this helps

In dtclient.ini file I don't see any property called -Duser.timezone. Do I need to explicitly add this property?
Also, the time zone that I need is CDT. So, should I mention -Duser.timezone=CDT?
I tried googling for this info, but no documents available online.

You should be able to specify the -Duser.timezone=YOURTIMEZONE in the dtclient.ini file of your locally installed dynaTrace client. Thats the file our dynatrace client's JVM uses for its Java Properties
Please give it a try and let me know if this works

Thanks for the reply Mr. Grabner. But I've Dynatrace client installed in my machine. If I haven't mistaken, settings mentioned above are for webstart client.
