I am currently in the middle of Dynatrace trial, and I have messed a lot with it.
I would like to start from scratch - complete reset. How can I reset everything?
I don't want to see any agent requests that I've been monitoring so far.

Once you get your system back to a state where you can analyze data feel free to share some of your data with me. With Reset you also mean to get rid of any previous configuration you did? So - really starting over just as if you would have a clear install?
If you want this type of "reset" then the easist is to stop the dynatrace server (shut down both server and frontend) and
#1) delete the files under INSTALLDIR/server/conf/profiles -> that will get rid of your System Profile Configurations, e.g: all your Agent Tiers, ...
#2) delete the directories and files under INSTALLDIR/sessions -> that will get rid of all currently recorded data
Then restart your server and frontend server. That should take care of that. If you just want to delete captured data you can just delete the files in point #2
Another optoin is of course to do a full uninstall - delete all remaining files in your installation directory and do a new install
