Hi,
one of my Customer's Gomez tests is reporting slower response time. I checked the test and found that this is due to a degradated response time on /dynaTraceMonitor. See picture below:
The time taken by the request to /dynaTraceMonitor has always taken milliseconds while in this case we're looking at more than 5 seconds. Also you can see that the calls to /dynaTraceMonitor in the list above are two and the second one (last item) takes few milliseconds.
My understanding is that dynaTraceMonitor is the URI where the Javascript Agent sends information to. As the page content didn't change nor did the test script, one expects the same response time for /dynaTraceMonitor as well. This degradation affects a specific step of the test script.
I can't find any occurrence for /Mobility/MyPlanAndFeatures/dynaTraceMonitor in dynaTrace.
In your experience, what should I look at in dynaTrace to understand if we have some issue, please?
