Cannot backup App Mon DB

Hi all,

          I have one customer said they couldn’t backup DB for dynaTrace Server due to data corrupt in 2 tables. Please help me clarify these 2 database tables for what do they do and what could they impact the dynaTrace Server.

-       Dynamic_measure

  • ~60k rows.

-       Measurement_high

  • ~200m rows

I forwarded this to the engineering team to get an accurate answer. its christmas vacation season now - so - not sure when we get an answer. I can give you a quick answer - but not sure if that answers all of your questions:

Dynamic_measure: We have measures with dynamic split values, e.g: BTs with Split values on URL. This table contains information about these dynamic measure values

Measurement_high: we store data in different resolutions, 1min, 1h, 1day. There are settings for this "data aging" in the Performance Warehouse Settings in your Server Settings Dialog. The Measurement_High table contains the values for your measures in the highest resolution (1min)
