Hi,
In the "Application Process" overview the 'Passing Transaction" are displayed. See screenshot:
I want an email alert when there are no passing transactions during 5 minutes. I've been searching this measure, but didn't find it. I tried with the measure 'web requests' > 'Number of requests'. But this only works for the GUI server. The WSP server, which handles the web services, seems not be making a measure point when it's 0.

Hi
Thats a very interesting question - and probably not that obvious to find. There is a measure called "Tier Subpaths - Count Backend". It counts the number of PurePaths that pass on one of the backend tiers (Java, .NET, PHP, ...) and splits it by Agent. You should be able to use that measure for your Incident

I installed the plugin Measure Availability Plugin to resolve this problem, but I'm still searching on how this must be configured. Can you help me with this?

Which version of Dynatrace are you using? I think this particular capability was only introduced in Dynatrace 6.

Thats correct - but the measure itself doesnt produce any values. However - for your Incident you can choose the Aggregation "Count" for that Meausre and set the lower severe threshold of 0. This will then trigger the incident incase there are NO (Count <= 0) values generated by that measure

Thanks for the feedback!
I still have the problem that when there are no passing transactions this measure doesn't put the 0 points on the chart:
The consequence is that the incident doesn't get triggered for the treshold lower or equal 0.
What can I do about this?
