Hello,
I was curious as to know if there where any effective strategies to obtain the Purepath node Lengths in reference to input to the deployment calculator. There is a plan to migrate to 5.6 to 6.1 and there exists some confusion in obtaining this metric.
I am currently utilizing the Dynatrace Self-Monitoring measure within DT and utilizing the PurePath Length(Not PurePath Length(Server)) measure. My issue with this measure is that if I split by Agent, it encompasses the collectors as well. So if I were to obtain the Total Average(with no splitting) it would include the PurePaths within the collectors and agents - is this a double count or are these independent PurePath's?
I also wanted to change the measure within the Self-monitoring to just calculate based on the all the agents minus the collectors but when I go to the tab were I select the agents the calculate on - it results in a blank screen. I'm assuming this is a bug?
Cheers,
Sanj

I usually just use the average, as it is represented on the Server Health dashboard, but it does seem like the info is duplicated on the agent and on the collector that agent is connected to. Maybe using only the collectors measures would be enough?
For the second part, I don't think that is a bug, there are no agent groups on the System Profile "dynatrace Self-Monitoring" so you can't select agent groups to calculate the measure for, it would be weird to have an exception for that measure
