Hi,
One of our customer uses MS SQL2008 R2 and would like to be able to report on the utilization of the Stored Procedure Cache size. They have noticed that application performance decreases when this cache file gets full. Any idea of showing this value in a 6.1 dashboard?
regards, Mike

Hi
Dynatrace can capture any Windows Performance Counter using our Windows Performance Monitor. SQL Server is exposing the Stored Procedure Cache Size through a Perf Counter. So - all you need to do is setup a Windows Performance Monitor which will then query that value on a pre-defined schedule, e.g: every 10 seconds. Once this monitor is set up you can put it on a dynatrace dashboard or also use it for alerting
