If a user has been granted permission to modify a System Profile, create Incidents, etc., should the user be able to create/modify downtimes?
It appears not, as the downtimes get created in the Self-Monitoring system profile XML file.
Am I missing something? This is a challenge for us, as we allow Power Users to create/modify Incidents, however it appears that they will have to engage a dynaTrace Admin to set up downtimes, which should be part of the same configuration, IMO.
Thanks,
Aaron

Because it's created in the Self-Monitoring profile, you need to assign the Manage Self Monitoring permission from what I can tell. It would be nice to break this apart because there may be cases where you want to allow users to create downtimes, but not have access to the Self-Monitoring profile. Might be a good RFE.
