Hi Sreerag,
in our site the problem is that it just takes too long to build the graphical part of the screen.
This makes the dashboard unusable because it is constantly flickering.

Hi Wim
This dashboard should actually not take that long as we use a new Analytics Engine that pre-calculates the data for the Transaction Flow. I understand that you are not at all interested in that first screen - but - still - this should actually be displayed instantly. I would therefore suggest you open a ticket for this so that our team can look into this.
The only viable option you have in the moment to get to the Application Overview is via this first screen. If your Ops folks are opening this once - then click on the applications link the AppOverview should stay visible and there should also be no flickering as the Transaction Flow will not refresh in case it doesnt have the focus.

Hi Wim,
The application and infrastructure view is still available in the app overview.
if you click on these section in the app overview you can get those.

Hi Wim
I agree - in your use case that entry point doesnt make a whole lot of sense. The Infrastructure dashlet is available as its own standalone dashlet that you can put on a dashboard. It is however only avaliable in Debug Mode through the Cockpit. So - give this a try. As for the AppOverview Dashlet. Right now this is not accessible in a different way - but I will check with engineering on what we can do here

Is there some way to revert to pre 6.1 monitoring entry level dashboard?
We have recently upgraded to dT 6.1.
The default entry level dashboard is not really suited for our production environment, as we run all applications from 1 single system profile. It takes some time (10-15 sec) to display the dashboard, the graphic display is not really usefull:
Also, the pre 6.1 entry level dashboars had the choice between "Applications" and "Infrastructure", which has disappeared. This is very confusing, especially for the system operators who are used to the old-style dashboard (operating procedures are built on this).
