Time Filters

Hey all,

I need to figure out a way to see how many people are trying to access our site between a time frame say 9pm-11pm every Thursday over the last 4 weeks, is there a way to do this currently in the tool.

Thanks,

Kyle

In short it seems as the answer to my question is no we can't do that right now. It seems that the only way to do this is to chart the measures over 4 charts and manually piece together the results, I'll post something in the RFE forum but it would be helpful to see this information on 1 chart thanks for the help though.

Kyle,

How about generating a report every Thursday at 11pm, from a dashboard that shows last 2 hours? You could generate it 5 minutes later and shift, to make sure you get the whole 2 hours.

Assuming you have the metrics available to chart...you can add 4 chart dashlets and set the time frame on each of the dashlet using 'last x and shift by'...for example you set the time on 1st chart as last 2 hour, for the 2nd chart set the time to last 2 hours and offset by 7 days..3rd would be last 2h offset by 14 days...so on and so forth.

With the above approach depending on when you view the data the time will be adjusted (say you look at the dashboard at 1pm then you are viewing data from 11-1)...if your requirement is only 9 to 11 then your best option is to send it as a report scheduled at 11am.

Is that what you are looking for?
