Maybe I should open a case with support to get help?
Edit: Actually I will open a support case and post back to the forum whenever I know more.
Hi Mikael. Yes - a support ticket might be the best option here. The Forum is the "first level of support". If something doesnt get answered here it is up to the support team that handles the support tickets.
Please keep us posted

Hi Mikael
Which dT version are you running on this environment? I assume you have checked our support for jQuery & Angular? Also - can you test "Basic XHR Detection" and see if that gives you more user actions?

How is the upload actually done by the framework? Is it a POST? Do you see backend PurePaths for the file upload? Are clicks to commit the upload captured?
Likely it's complete custom implementation?
Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. Yes it is a regular POST with the file contents in the body, i.e. nothing special. Clicks are not captured, but PurePaths on the backend are. That will for sure help our troubleshooting of slow file uploads that we are investigating.
Why are the clicks not captured? I've noticed that a lot of UI elements interaction (clicks) are not there. Is it because of the technology we use? Mainly jQuery.
