Team ,
We are unable to get the events captured from the Dynatrace serves for an environment which we are triggering the request through Loadrunner script with the Relevant Dynatrace headers . We converted using the Loadrunner script converter option form the Dyna trace tool . However we are unable to capture the relevant Dynatrace events for it . Could you please let us know what are the possible issues which may effect on this .
Thanks and Regards,
Karthik,

Hi Karthik,
1) Make sure the dynatrace agents are connected and the instrumentation is enabled on those agents (you can see that from the 'agents overview; dashlet)
2) Under the agents overview dashlet, select the agent for the application you have instrumented and check if sensors are placed by looking into 'deployed sensors' tab
3) open the 'purepaths' dashlet and check if you are seeing any transactions...you can run few transactions manually and ensure the purepaths are being collected
4) you can also check the 'server' logs under 'system information'
Keep us informed about your findings.

Hi
Do you capture ANY events in dynatrace? Meaning: do you see any PurePaths coming in while you run your tests? That would be the first sanity check to make sure dynatrace is collecting data. If you don't see the Test Names in your Tagged Web Requests it would be interesting to check if there is any firewall/proxy/... between your load runner and dynatrace that may "strip" out our dynaTrace HTTP Header.
Our script converter adds additional calls to your Load Runner script so that Load Runner adds an this additional HTTP Header to each web request. I would therefore also double check the converted script as well as look in the load runner log files to verify that this header was really put on these requests

Andi ,
Thanks for replying .. DT started capturing Tagged Web requests , however it is happening only to the particular URL, the other URL which we are hitting is not getting captured . we are analysing the issue .
