Just a quick question about how the "Incident Suppression" option in dynaTrace incidents works. Does the incident suppression effect the entire incident, or just the particular measure/host that triggered the initial incident? The use case we are looking at is for host memory. If 1 server keeps going out of memory we only really need 1 alert for a certain amount of time while it is being worked on, but we would still like alerts if other servers start to go out of memory. Any help is appreciated!
Thanks,
Brian

Hi Brian,
You can create the individual alerts for each host and chose smart alerting. configuring in such a way you will get only one alert for host which is out of memory and you wont get further alerts until and unless you confirm that incident mean while other host also trigger alert if they goes out of memory.
