In dynaTrace 6.1 does any one know how do we access Web Dashboards from iphone or IOS devices ?

Hi, I work with my iPad daily and I have no issues (safari or chrome). It is important that you use https if you directly navigate to the web dashboards. As Andy already wrote, try to access https://yourdtserver:8020. If this will not work, then there is another issue and most likely not Dynatrace related.

Can you try https://yourserver:9911 - by mistake I put http instead of https on the link.
If that doesnt work I would check your firewalls. Make sure your iOS can access this server on that port. You can also try to access http://yourdtserver:8020 - which is the regular web interface. But - first check with https - then make sure that port 991 is not blocked

Yes I have tried in my Mobile Device Connected to the Company Network getting ,
"Safari cannot Open the Page because the network connection was lost", not sure if I am missing any thing ?
