Hello!
I have a customer who has a desire for a column to show their SLA for response time. Currently the dashlet they are concerned with is the Business Transaction Hotspot in which it shows Violations. They have people looking at a dashboard not knowing what constitutes a violation and would like to have the threshold displayed.
Is there a way to do this that I am currently overlooking? If so, could someone provide me some direction?

As far as I know this is not possible with the BT Hotspot Dashlet.
We only show the Threshold in Charts where you have the option to say "Show Threshold". This will then actually draw the treshold line for each measure which makes it easy to see what the threshold is and when it was violated. I understand that this is not perfect if you have many dynamic splittings like in your case. you would need to have a Chart that splits per each BT SPlit Measure - but - it is worth giving this a try.
So - add your BT to a Chart. Then select the Split option "Split by Series" and also make sure that you have checked the box "Show Threshold".
