Hi
I brought this to the attention of our engineering team. They suggest to open a support ticket and provide all the data necessary to open a ticket which includes the full Support Archive. Their first assumption was that the dynatrace server wasnt up and running when you injected your agent - or maybe there was a firewall issue and the server couldnt be reached. This would impact our bootstrap mechanism.
But as I said - these are assumptions based on the output you posted. Best is to continue via a support ticket
