Hello
I have DynaTrace 6.1 and work with Ldap. Sometimes my users have problem to connect to DynaTrace.
I am remove the user from the user list (user--> account) and this action resolve the problem.
None of these users did not change his password in active directory.
Heavy user of this system has already happened twice.
I want to now why is happened and 'hat is needed to solve it.

Seems like the LDAP server refuses the connection. Can you check that the server is stil runnign and that no firewall is blocking your dynatrace server from communicating with LDAP?

Can you look in the dynatrace server log files - maybe there is a better error indication on the underlying communicatoin issue with our LDAP server
