Hi,
it seems more like a configuration issue with your SMTP server than a dynatrace problem - obviously Dynatrace is able to connect successfully as it's getting back an error message from the SMTP server. Essentially it's telling you it doesn't like the address you're trying to send an email to, maybe you have to use authentication or a specific from-address?
