Hi Rajesh,
Thanks for your suggestion, but i would really like to understand does we can schedule report for same dashboard for different period of 30 Days and 24 Hours without creating another one? currently we saved all Dashboard for 30Days and schedule email as well, now the requirement is for 24 hours for the same Dashboard.
Note - we required 30 Days schdule as well so cannot change the periods for all Dashboard.

Hello Suraj,
As Graeme suggests, you should create separate 'schedules' one of which will run on every 24 Hours. Other will run on month end.
I would suggest, you avoid multiple dashboards for this purpose.
If you have rights to modify dashboards you should change timeframe manually rather than creating a separate 30-day dashboards/schedule.
Then revert back once you've generated 30-day report.
We currently have similar requirement where we create weekly/monthly reports.
Since transactional volume is high and pulling 30 days data takes a lot time, we rather generate CSV reports daily and store it. We create monthly reports manually.
Regards,
Rajesh.

Suraj,
I don't know of any way to avoid creating new dashboards for the new report period, so I'm going to skip your first question and answer your second ...
If you want some reports run every day and some only on weekdays, you need to create two separate schedules. In the schedule tab of the report dialog, click on the "Add Schedule" button to create a new schedule, and the "Add" button in the new schedule dialog to define the actual schedule.
