Does the dynatrace agent "Dtiisagent.dll" in IIS server will bring down the app pools ?

The app pools in one of the server was down and the IIS logs as below message. Will the dts agent can bring down the app pools in IIS server. We are looking for any fix from Dynatrace for it. We had reset the app pool to bring back the system.

Our agent should not bring your app down. In case there is a known issues our support team would know and maybe already has a fix. therefore please open a support ticket
