By default, In the Application Overview report, the value of the response time, Failure rate and throughput is calculated for the 2 last minutes.
How can we change this value of 2 minutes?

the value represents the current/last value. There is no way to change that - BUT - you can create your own dashboards and put the underlying measures on your own custom chart. then you can define your own timeframe. The underlying measures are retrieved from the Business Transaction. In the case of your screenshot it is the bt Web Page Requests with the splitting orange.jsf
