I need to create incident rule which will say me if throughput vary by more than 10% compared to throughput at the same hour 7 days ago.
Do you think it is possible? If yes, can you give any tip? Thanks.

Our automatic baseline feature only alerts on response time and failure rate violations. Throughput is not available in the moment even though we display the "expected value range" based on historical data in the application overview dashboard.
There is also no good workaround for configuring incidents on your own that could do something like this
