I can see agent overview as below and all methods are also loaded but wehn i do any operation on application side there is no purepath captured in dynatrace server via this particular agent.

If you're absolutely sure that this JVM is handling traffic, the only other explanation I can think of is that the traffic is not hitting a defined entry point.
What sort of load is the JVM handling? Is it standard web requests, background processing, or what?
Do you know how to define custom entry points if that turns out to be necessary?

There is no information in collector logs or agent logs which is saying about blocking purepath data. PFA agent log.dt_ptc.wt.APE_5644.0.log
