Hi Andi,

I have send mail to enablement service team but not received any reply meanwhile can you suggest workaround to figure out issue.

Ex. I have created an Measure using web request which gives me Username which used in Visit tag for EUM,But for some request my visit is not getting Tagged as when checked that requests after clicking on drill down to Visit or Page action from web request its not showing us any visit or page action.

Please suggest.

Hi Amol

Please verify that your Page Action PurePaths (captured with UEM) also correctly link with the server-side PurePaths where you probably capture your username. You can verify that in your case by
a) Opening your Business Transaction Dashlet that uses your Username Measure
b) Drill to the PurePath
c) Pick a PurePath where you see the username and then drill to the Page Action

If that works it means you have the Username on a PurePath that is also linked with a PageAction and with that to a Visit. This should then also show you the Tagged Value in the Visits Dashlet.

If this is not the case I suggest to contact your enablement service team. I suggested that in the past on some of your other questions where I believe a quick session with our enablement service team would be beneficial.

Let me know when you get this solved
Andi
