Cannot drill down from purepaths to Visits and viceversa

Hi.

I'm in a POV for a custormer and I've a strange issue that i cannot explain. From the visits, i cannot drill down to purepaths and from purepaths cannot see what visits produced them. This issue affects to the Business Transactions at visit level, that never counts. What am i doing wrong?

I've checked it on my laptop with easyTravel also and sometimes the option for drill down appears and sometimes no (for instance from purepaths to visits). I'm sure that there's a simple explanation for that, could you help me, please?

It seems (pending of verification on customer's place), that could be a cookies issue. For security reasons, browsers in the customer has disabled the cookies, so it means that there's no correlation between page actions purepaths and server side purepaths and also, there's no correlation between page actions and visit.

I'll verify it on monday morning.

Thanks!

Hi, Andy.

I've checked the fantastic guide of Klaus, but i think that the problem that I've is not on it. I've page actions purepaths, i've server side purepaths but they are disconnected (apparently). I've checked the agent deployment and configuration and everything seems ok, there's no log problems, all the staffs are checked... i don't know what to do...

Then I suggest to open a support ticket and collect the information listed on the following page: UEM Checklist

Hi, Andy.

I know that from visits you have to pass through the Page Actions PurePaths... the issue is that there's no one Page Action PurePath that can drill down to PurePaths... and there's no PurePaths that can drill down to visits. Is so strange... Where could i download the Troubleshooting guide?

Thanks!

The Drill Down only works if your Page Action PurePaths actually link to a Server-Side PurePath.
It is possible that you capture a Page Action that has no Server-Side PurePaths, e.g: Pure JavaScript actions. It could also be that you have a deployment problem with dynaTrace where we cant link the Page Action PurePaths with the Server-Side PurePaths, Please check the Troubleshooting Guide

Fact is that - when there is no Page Action PurePath for a Server-Side PurePath you wont get the Drill Down Option. Same is true for the other way around. We only show you the drill down options that would actually produce a result
