Difference Between Premium version and ajax free edition - Total Load Time

Hi,

There is difference in how the URLs are captured between Premium version and free edition.

Free edition : gives complete total load time.

Premium version : splits request in two URLs and total load time is not captured properly ( or it is difficult to find correct data)

has anyone encountered same issue. what is the work around for this.

Thanks & Regards,
Hardik Patel

Hi Margit,

I guess, I misunderstood with Browser Agent and Dynatrace premium ajax edition.

The problem I am facing is between Dynatrace free ajax edition and browser agent ( not Premium version ). I am sorry for misleading.

Thanks & Regards,
Hardik Patel

Hi Hardik,

Could you please file a support case for this? We would need sessions and support archives from the AJAX Edition and your installed dynaTrace solution with data from the pages showing the problem.

Just one more thing to clarify the Browser Agent for the dynaTrace solution is the same thing as the AJAX Edition Premium. It is just another name.

Hi Hardik,

could you please attach two sessions where we can see this issue (one for the free version and one for the Premium version)?

Regards,
Margit
